Starter : Mixed appetizer plate --------------------------------------- Wine: 2007 Isolation Ridge Chardonnay, Frankland Estate, Western Australia “The 2007 Chardonnay Isolation Ridge Vineyard saw some new oak and was aged sur-lie with batonnage. It displays a nose of toast, mineral, poached pear, white peach, and hazelnuts. Dry and restrained on the palate, this is a poised, potentially complex, creamy-textured Chardonnay that will benefit from several years of cellaring.” |

Main Course Choice out of
--------------------------------------- Wine: 2006 Lirac Rouge AOC, Château d'Aquéria, Southern Rhone, France Deep and dark in color, with scents of berry's and an ensemble of spiced cassis fruits on the palate. Well balanced with good tannins and a high complexity of fruit. Made by esteemed wine maker Vincent de Bez and a tip-top example of fine Lirac. |

Dessert the cake set which consist of
--------------------------------------- Wine: 2007 Chateau Les Justices Sauternes Blanc AOC, Bordeaux, France A ripe nose of mandarin, pineapple and honeysuckle with very fine definition and underlying minerality, the palate is very pretty, nothing powerful, nothing extravagant, but beautifully balanced with an almost sweet raisin like tincture inflecting the honeyed fruit on the precise finish. This is a wonderful wine. |
