The Australian Pub & BBQ

The Australian interior comprises many materials familiar to anyone from down under such as corrugated iron and weatherboards in natural pine finish. A 15 meter long bar downstairs is surely one of the longest in Thailand and a second bar upstairs caters to private parties and sports fans. 9 flat screen TVs and 2 big screens ensure the Aussie sports nuts are happy. A large patio area at the front with an outdoor bar allows for al fresco dining and just watching the world go by.

Aussies like their beer cold and The Australian will boast a state of the art cold room at a temperature of –5°C. The Australian is the first pub in Thailand to have Fosters beer while a bunch of other Aussie beers such as Crown Lager, VB and Coopers sit at just above freezing point in the specially made fridges.

On the food side our head chef has devised a menu that covers the traditional such as home-made meat pies and vegemite sandwiches, and the more modern and lighter cuisine that has become the face of Australian cookery the world over. Fresh seafood features strongly and a specially designed BBQ right at the front door allows guests to watch their food being cooked to perfection.
