Great Japanese Food and Sushi
I just tried Uni for the first time last night at Rakuza Restaurant. I really love it... It has become my favorite sushi forever.....

Very good balance and some unique dishes!
I visited Rakuza under the impulse of one of my friends - and boy I wasn't disappointed.
I opted for the foie gras sushi - wonderful! I'm usually very skeptical about fusion dishes including pan fried foie gras but this one was extremely well executed. The foie gras taste, the sauce - just like in France, except that it was sitting atop a vinegared rice chunk ;)
I also tried the maguro tataki - very fresh and nice sauce.
The restaurant was really quiet, but who cares if the food is great?
I'd definitely come back!
