Il Tartufo has reinvented itself with new Chef Francesco Cantiani.

Chef Francesco from Roma Italy, has been trying to fulfill his own personal challenge of improving his cuisine (to cook Italian in an eastern country) while at the same time being faithful to his culinary roots.

He suggests dishes inspired from center Italian and the typical Italian tradition, but the star at table is the Truffle, near by the home made pasta and many other typical Italian delicacies.
