For 15 years now, Crêpes and Co. has been a Bangkok dining institution renowned for its crêpes, salads and brunches. Since the beginning, dining at Crêpes and Co. has been about comfort, and a “home-cooked” experience. It feels like being at a friend’s place. The original location is on Sukhumvhit Soi 12, and is housed in a lovely colonial house nestled amongst lush green gardens. For a more loft-like ambiance, we love the two year old eatery in the ThongLor8 building on Sukhumvhit Soi 55 (Thong Lor). Here K. David Perrot and his staff have created an ideal place to relax, converse and luxuriate in the dining experience. It is urban, hip, and warm.

Though as relaxing and lovely Crêpes and Co. is, what brings people back over and over again, year after year is the amazing food. They really cook well! You can taste the home cooked recipes and flavours. No matter which of the more than 100 specialties from Morocco, Greece, Middle East or Spain you order, you’re guaranteed something unique here in Bangkok. Above all, you’ll find authenticity in taste and preparation.

Crêpes and Co. was created by K. Philippe Bruttin 15 years ago when he visited MBK and saw the Thai kanome that is similar to a crepe, and was reminded of his favorite childhood food. He combined his passion for the foods of his home countries, Greece, France, Spain and Morocco with good cooking, the places he loved and the places he lived to create one of the best restaurants in Bangkok. Crêpes and Co. is consistently named “Best Restaurant” by Bangkok food magazines, newspapers and always tops the list of diners “favorites.”

The original concept arose from the idea of the bringing the perfect French crêpe to Bangkok and at the very beginning the menu comprised of only a few items, but through the years has expanded to a 350 menu items. Once this was perfected, the menu expanded to brunch. He asked, “what and how would you eat at home?” You’d probably start with a cup of gourmet coffee, then some fresh squeezed juice, perhaps a pancake, seasonal fruit. This simple menu remains a best seller at Crêpes and Co. and because they execute it flawlessly and it brings unparalleled comfort.

Crêpes & Co. is the first & only Crêperie in Bangkok and maybe in the world, with this extensive a variety of fillings. Never have crêpes been served with ethnic food before. This is a first ever for the crêpes’ reputation, surely giving them a new meaning.

Crêpes and Co. is celebrating their 15th anniversary with a very special “Best of” menu. They also make it quite easy to order just the right meal, as their knowledgeable wait staff will happily guide you through the menu. They also have a nicely organized listing of specialties, like our favorites the Paella Valenciana, the famous and delicious rice dish from Spain. They’ve also got an out-of-this- world Kotopulo, a recipe straight from Greece. Their most popular menu item is the Crêpe Supreme and you’d be remiss not to indulge.

And leave room for dessert! Our favorite, the Famboise crepe with vanilla ice cream, served with a raspberry sauce over it. Another divine dessert is the Jospehine—a lovely crepe stuffed with banana, vanilla, chestnuts, and chocolate sauce.
