Conrad Bangkok’s Café@2 launches its new themed “French -Thai Brasserie”

BANGKOK, Thailand – Conrad Bangkok has reopened the hotel’s all day dining restaurant, Café@2, with a unique new “French -Thai Brasserie” concept.

The newly renovated restaurant features a contemporary French Brasserie ambience with Thai touches through the use of fabrics and décor. Serving home-style French dishes and Thai cuisine, Café@2 brings an exciting new dining experience to Bangkok.

The restaurant’s decor corresponds to the new theme of a French Brasserie. Wooden tables are covered with white table linen and table settings are simple yet elegant, reflecting the signature French dining concept. Also matching the concept, Café@2 delivers charming and efficient French-style service.

This home-away-from-home French-Thai Brasserie offers both an exceptional atmosphere and a delightful gastronomic experience. The new Brasserie offers guests a taste of such classic French dishes as Mussel Marinière, Côte de Boeuf and traditional Bouillabaisse, ending the meal with freshly-baked pastries or classic Apple Tart Tatin. Thai dishes are based on classic simplicity with the incorporation of fresh ingredients from Thailand to produce a delicious range, from Thai noodles to home-style Southern Thai curries.

Besides delightful dining choices, the brasserie also offers a wide range of beverages, including a specially selected list of French and Thai wines by the glass or bottle. Domestic and international beers are also available, as well as French traditional aperitifs, Thai teas, coffees and freshly blended juices.

Café@2 restaurant is open daily for Breakfast from 06:00-10:30hrs, lunch from 11:30-14:30hrs and dinner from 18:00–22:30 hrs.
